Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! The room was spacious and cozy, with a lovely view of the nearby lake. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. One of the best things about our stay was the attentive and friendly staff. They made us feel welcome and were always happy to help with anything we needed.
The hotel could have been better maintained, especially the pool area which seemed a bit dirty. , the variety of food offered at the breakfast buffet was a bit limited.

During our new year stay, we enjoyed the beautiful view of the nearby lake and gardens from our comfortable room. the room was well-equipped and spacious, with excellent bed linen and towels. the breakfast buffet offered a range of options and we were pleased to find two western dishes. the location was convenient for our planned activities and we appreciated the attentive staff.
The hotel decor and some public areas felt dated and lacking in character. the swimming pool was not in use and appeared dirty.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city. The staff were extremely responsive and friendly, making me feel welcome and well-taken care of. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including a clean and sharp TV. It was a pleasure to relax in the cozy sitting area and take advantage of the ironing facilities. The air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature, and the mini-bar was stocked with refreshing drinks. I also appreciated the in-room safe for storing my valuables.
I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. They will definitely enjoy the enhanced comfort and quality services provided.

We found the hotel to be reasonably priced and comfortable, with firm beds, good internet, and a local breakfast including great French bread. the pool was a plus, and the staff were friendly, with excellent service. Rooms have nice street views and the bathrooms are adequate, although a bit dated. One reviewer mentioned an excellent shower.
The restaurant could use improvement.
